Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 May 2026 · Reviewed annually

This Privacy Policy describes how Kaelo Global (“we”, “us”, “Kaelo Global”) collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through the kaeloglobal.com website and through direct correspondence with the enterprise. This policy is reviewed annually and updated when our practices change.

1. Who we are

Kaelo Global is a privately held multi-industry enterprise headquartered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. We operate five divisions: Kaelo Advisory, Kaelo Investments, Kaelo Marketing & Media, Kaelo Commerce, and Kaelo Textiles & Garments. For any privacy-related question, write to us at privacy@kaeloglobal.com.

2. What we collect

We collect only the personal data you provide to us directly, and the minimum operational data needed to run the website securely:

  • Submitted information. When you write to us — through the contact page, by email, or through a form on this website — we receive the name, email address, company affiliation, and message content you provide.
  • Operational website data. Server-side request logs (IP address, browser type, request time) retained for security and diagnostics for a short period. Anonymised analytics that measure aggregate site usage.
  • Cookies. A small number of functional and analytical cookies, described in our Cookie Policy.

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect special categories of personal data through this website. We do not run public-facing newsletter or marketing lists. We do not sell, rent or trade personal data to third parties.

4. How we use what we collect

We use personal data only for the purpose for which it was submitted:

  • To reply to enquiries sent through the website or by email.
  • To route messages to the correct division for response.
  • To maintain a written record of correspondence with counterparties.
  • To meet legal, regulatory and audit obligations.

5. Legal basis

Where the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or equivalent local law applies to data we hold, we rely primarily on (a) your consent (where you have submitted information to us), (b) our legitimate interest in operating the enterprise, and (c) legal obligation. Our full GDPR position is set out in Data Protection & GDPR.

6. Sharing

We share personal data only with: (a) the principal at Kaelo Global who is responding to your enquiry; (b) trusted service providers under written contract (for example, our email and hosting infrastructure); (c) regulators, auditors and counsel where legally required. We do not share personal data outside those categories.

7. Retention

We retain correspondence for as long as it is operationally relevant, and longer where legal, regulatory or audit obligations require it. Where retention is no longer needed, data is securely deleted.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability over personal data we hold about you. To exercise any of those rights, write to privacy@kaeloglobal.com. We respond in writing within thirty days, or sooner where the law requires.

9. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards proportionate to the sensitivity of the data we hold. Email and hosting providers are selected for their security posture, not for their pricing alone. Internal access to personal data is granted on a need-to-know basis.

10. Children

This website is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of sixteen.

11. Changes to this policy

We review this policy annually. Material changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

12. Contact

For any privacy-related question or to exercise a right described above: privacy@kaeloglobal.com. For all other enquiries, the routing on our Contact page applies.
