What you are writing about, and who reads it
One email address handles every enquiry — the page tells you what to write, where it goes, and how we will reply. One inbox, six canonical categories, routed by hand on the subject line; naming the category in your first paragraph is the fastest path to the right reader. Reading and routing happen within one working day; a written reply, where appropriate, arrives within two.
