Privacy Policy

This privacy policy describes how Kaelo Global collects, uses and protects personal data submitted through the kaeloglobal.com website and through direct correspondence with us. We review it once a year and update it whenever our practices change.

1. Who we are

Kaelo Global is a privately held company based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, working from one office. We run four activities: digital marketing, management consultancy, textile trade and our own consumer brand, wearon.co. For any question about privacy, write to us at info@kaeloglobal.com and a person will reply, rather than an automated system.

2. What we collect

We collect the personal data you give us directly, and the minimum operational data needed to run the website safely.

• What you send us. When you write to us through the enquiry form, by email or on WhatsApp, we receive the name, contact details, company and message you provide, along with anything you choose to add.
• Where the enquiry came from. Our forms record the page you enquired from, the source and the campaign that brought you to the site. We use that to reply usefully and to understand which of our own marketing works.
• Details of the visit. With an enquiry we also keep the network (IP) address, browser, device and approximate location of the visit, and the advertising click or campaign that led to it. That includes an advert or campaign link you followed on an earlier visit in the last 90 days, which our kaelo_keeper cookie remembers. They are stored with the enquiry in Kaelo Suite, and shared with Google to measure our advertising only if you choose "Accept all". To work out that approximate location, we send the network address to ipapi.co, a geolocation service, which returns the city and country.
• Website operating data. Server request logs, including the network address, browser type and time of the request, kept for a short period for security and diagnosis, along with aggregate analytics that measure how the site is used.
• Cookies. A small number of functional and analytical cookies, and Google's advertising cookies only if you choose "Accept all". When you arrive from one of our adverts or campaign links, our own kaelo_keeper cookie keeps that click for 90 days whatever you choose, so that an enquiry you send can be credited to it. Each is described in our cookie policy.

3. What we do not collect

We do not collect special categories of personal data through this website, we do not run public marketing lists, and we do not sell, rent or trade personal data to anyone. If you send us something sensitive that we do not need, we will tell you and delete it.

4. How we use it

We use personal data only for the purpose it was given for.

• To reply to enquiries sent through the website, by email or on WhatsApp.
• To pass a message to the right person for a proper answer.
• To keep a written record of correspondence with clients and counterparties.
• To understand which marketing brings genuine enquiries, at the level of campaigns rather than individuals.
• To meet legal, regulatory and audit obligations.

5. Legal basis

Where the General Data Protection Regulation or an equivalent local law applies to data we hold, we rely mainly on your consent where you have sent us information, our legitimate interest in running the business, and our legal obligations. Our full position is set out on the data protection page.

6. Who sees it

Enquiries sent through this website are handled in Kaelo Suite, Kaelo Global's own customer-management system.

We share personal data only with the principal at Kaelo Global who is answering your enquiry, with trusted service providers under written contract, such as our email, hosting and analytics providers, and with regulators, auditors or lawyers where the law requires it. We do not share personal data outside those categories, and we do not pass enquiries to other companies as leads.

7. How long we keep it

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship, and longer where a legal, regulatory or audit obligation requires it. When it is no longer needed, it is deleted securely. If you ask us to delete your data and we are required to keep some of it, we will tell you which part and why.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you are, you may have rights of access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability over the personal data we hold about you. To use any of those rights, write to info@kaeloglobal.com. We reply in writing within 30 days, and sooner where the law requires it. We will not charge you for a reasonable request, and we will not make the process difficult.

9. Security

We apply administrative, technical and physical safeguards proportionate to the data we hold. Email and hosting providers are chosen for how they handle security rather than on price alone, and access to personal data inside the business is limited to the people who need it for the work in front of them.

10. Children

This website is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of sixteen.

11. Changes to this policy

We review this policy every year. Any significant change is reflected in the date shown at the top of this page, and material changes are described rather than made quietly.
