What this division does

Kaelo Commerce is the operating side of the enterprise — the part that ships product every day. We build brands we believe can stand alone, and we run them with the discipline of operators, not of investors. The portfolio sits across four consumer categories and trades in markets from India to the UAE to global e-commerce.

Four brands trade publicly under their own marks. Useful Buys India sells everyday household goods to Indian families, operated from Delhi and fulfilled across the country; Useful Buys UAE runs the same promise as a separate business, with its own supply into the UAE market and its own customers managed from Dubai. WearOn is the apparel and lifestyle brand, sold across several geographies and sourced through the Kaelo Textiles footprint that has manufactured in Asia since 1989. Digital Ezio is the digital-native brand, built on paid acquisition and first-party customer relationships rather than a manufacturing or selection backbone. The remaining brands operate without group attribution, by design.

What the brands share is a platform, not an identity. Fulfilment and logistics, performance media, customer service and supplier relationships are run centrally; product, voice, merchandising and the P&L stay with each brand’s own operating team. Centralised cost, distributed accountability — one measurement layer behind every brand, so the group sees early which is compounding and which is burning through acquisition.

There are four ways to work with the engine. Distribution — you place a Kaelo-owned brand into your retail or marketplace channel, and the brand stays ours. Sourcing — we source product for your range through the same supplier and manufacturing relationships our own brands run on. White-label — we build and supply product under your mark, made to your specification. Licensing — you license a Kaelo brand or its IP for a market or category we do not run ourselves, on documented terms.
