How we read enquiries
A short note on what to expect.
Every message sent to enquiries@kaeloglobal.com is read by a person. There are no auto-acknowledgements, no triage forms, and no nurture sequences. Reading and routing happen within one working day; a written reply, where appropriate, arrives within two.
If we are the right people for what you are bringing, we will say so plainly. If we are not, we will say that too — usually with a sentence about where the question is better placed. We do not chase leads, and we do not send follow-up emails. The single best thing you can do to be answered well is to write one paragraph that names the question.
